With a design focused on maximizing part load efficiency, the Select rooftop unit provides IEERs that exceed the US Department of Energy (DOE) 2018 federal minimum efficiency requirements by up to 12% and already exceed the DOE 2023 requirements by up to 22%. A best in class offering of four airflow options allows the product to be configured to meet your precise needs, whether that is an entry level base model with standard efficiency and simple start up and commissioning or a highly optioned model with higher efficiency requirements and job specific options and accessories.  All Select YH and YV models are of a two circuit design with the selected airflow/refrigeration option dictating the number of cooling stages. The higher efficiency two stage IntelliSpeed option operates with two cooling stages while the Variable Air Volume and four stage IntelliSpeed* options each operate with four stages of cooling.

Greater Flexibility
With our complete offering of factory installed options and field installed accessories, the Select rooftop family will be able to fit a wide range of applications from the most simplistic replacement job to the highly specified new construction application.  The Select product has the ability to replace the Trane Voyager 3 product family without the need for a costly transition curb. Leading our range of specifiable capabilities is our collection of modulating options. When it comes to performing at the highest level, systems with the ability to monitor conditions and adjust performance accordingly lead the way.  We offer modulation of many systems within the Select product.

Supply airflow - two stage or four stage IntelliSpeed and Variable Air Volume (VAV)
Heating - modulating gas heat up to an 8 to 1 turndown
Power Exhaust - modulation of exhaust fans focused on maintaining static pressure set point for the space
Humidity Control - modulating Hot Gas Reheat

The Select product platform has been designed under our Design for Quality principles and utilizing the latest proprietary advances in unit and system modeling technology.  Reliability is assured through rigorous life-cycle testing of critical assemblies and extensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) reviews. Designed and tested in the brand new Advanced Technology Lab and manufactured in our state-of-the-art Rooftop Center of Excellence, the Select product is designed, engineered, and assembled in Norman, Oklahoma.
